ReplyDeleteAfter seeing all of the terrible things featured from Top Shop, my husband (an avid male reader of this blog) declares: "what is Top Shop anyway?" So we go to their website and find that, in fact, everything is absolutely hideous. So from that point, I have both a statement and a challenge.
First, a note to Top Shop: re-making dresses by using the old patterns and fabrics found on the floor of a JC Penny factory that closed in 1985 does not make you a fashion forward company. I would ask that you stop, except that my blogger friend here would have significantly less enjoyment in her life were your hideous designs to be taken away, and that would be sad.
And second, I challenge you, blogger, to critique clothing missteps from prominent designers every once and a while - just because it costs $500 doesn't mean that it is aesthetically pleasing:
